3. no refund and exchange allowed
4. items sold are on first come first served basis
5. reservation is confirmed when the order is confirmed. we will automatically cancel your reservation if we did not get your reply within 48 hours (2days)
6. Advanced payments are needed for restocked items

- Damansara area (Bandar Utama, Damansara Uptown, Damansara Jaya, SS2)
- other areas for COD can be discussed and arrange upon request
- extra charges may apply to certain COD areas and shopping malls.
2. Credits Transfer
- we prefer Maybank. you can either bank in to our account using cash deposit or maybank2u via internet access. we will deliver your purchased items after we had received the payments.
- buyers would have to bear for the shipping cost via PostLaju/PosExpress
